All  regular meetings of the Tacoma Photographic Society are usually held at the Pierce County Library Administration Building at 3005 112th St. East, Tacoma, WA [MAP] starting at 7:00 PM. Be sure to check this list as the date, time, or location may vary.

Projection Division: Members are encouraged to enter two images at the monthly meeting for competition and critiquing. Images can be either film or digital. The three-judge panel will rate each image with a score of 6-10 and the membership casts a popular vote to determine the best image for that meeting. Results are recorded to keep track of individual progress.

Print Division: Members may enter two prints at each meeting and can be chemical or digital. Judging is handled in the same manner as the projected images.

Program Night: About five nights a year we have a "program night". At this time we have experts conduct an educational session that may range from mounting and matting prints to photocomposition to basic digital camera operation.
